What if you don’t know how to use your strength? Now worries! Here we have Mr. Jason Zhang who can guide us. Defense, midfield and attack, every structure and motion, Mr. Zhang can give you effective guidance. You can build up your strength and beat in your own style. At the same time, you can release the pressure of work and life.

大球小球齐转动，魅力激情更精彩。学校特开设了羽毛球、乒乓球、排球、篮球俱乐部，由周丽丹、刘宸瑀、陈垠旭、裴耀军等多位体育中心老师带领教职工进行各种球类运动。大家热情高涨，在技巧、速度的训练基础上，时不时来一场友谊赛，同事关系无形当中UPUP升温，身体素质在潜移默化之间也得到了提升。

Now it’s time to take a look at the ball games. Here we have sports clubs for badminton, table tennis, volleyball and basketball.  Teachers from PE center ---Lynn Zhou, Reid Liu, Eason Chen coach teachers to do all kinds of ball games. This is a good chance for us to build the rapports with colleagues as well as to build up our bodies.

裁判一声哨响，比赛开始了！看，运球、交叉步过人、跳步上篮、双手劈扣……，球进了！听！尖叫声、呐喊声、助威声，声声入耳。虽说“初生牛犊不怕虎”，但学生队终究没有抵得过“为霞尚满天”的教师队伍，最终学生队以4分之差败北。

The student team was competing with the teacher team. The match begun with a whistle from the judge. Look, dribble, block shot, fast break, lay-up...GOAL! Listen! The audience were shouting and screaming! At last, the teacher team beat the student team by 4 points.

移动、跳跃、转体、挥拍……男子组、女子组的比赛战况都异常激烈，羽毛球在空中划出一道道优美的弧线，选手们一个个神情严肃、精神高度紧张，精确地预测着羽毛球的方向，熟练地挥舞着球拍。师生都不相上下，最后女子组学生胜出，男子组教师胜出。

Move, jump, turn, and swing... The women’s competition was just as fierce as the men’s. Fide, the flying badminton flown in the air, the players were nervous but energetic, hitting the ball with strength and skills. Owning to their passion, hard work and persistence, girl student team and men teacher team finally succeeded in the contest.

除此之外，为了能让更多的教职工参与到俱乐部活动中来，学校健身房全面投入使用，跑步机、哑铃、拳击、沙袋 应有尽有 。今后，教师们的业余生活将更丰富多彩！

In addition, in order to involve more teachers in our staff club, the school gym has officially come into use. There are all kinds of equipment: treadmill, dumbbell, boxing sandbag, etc. We hope that our teachers can enjoy these colorful and healthy leisure time activities.
